All shipments, whether by common carrier or by France 44 personnel, are subject to age verification when alcohol is contained within. All buyers and recipients of purchased alcohol must be 21 years or older. Due to federal and state regulations, all alcohol shipments must be received by an adult, aged 21 years or older. They MUST produce a valid, government-issued photo ID and must sign for acceptance of the shipment. Therefore we highly recommend that you ship to a business address. Under no circumstances can or will a shipment containing alcohol be delivered without proper identification. UPS will attempt to deliver your package 3 times, upon the 3rd try if no one has accepted delivery the package will be returned to France 44. At that time we will refund the purchase price, but not the shipping charges.

Please be advised we do not ship if it is above 80 degrees and below 30 degrees. Our first priority is to ensure your product arrives safely. We will notify you if your shipment is being held due to hot or cold weather. You will receive tracking information from UPS once the package ships. If your order is time sensitive you may want to upgrade to UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Air during hot or cold weather.

Price and availability are subject to change without notice. While we aim to fill orders the same business day, due to demand, availability and holidays some orders can take a little longer. When you place an order and an item is out-of-stock we'll contact you in a timely fashion to see if you would like the item replaced with an item of the same value or if you'd like to have a refund for that product. If a product is out-of-stock at the store, we will contact our distributors to see if the product is available. It can take up to 5 business days to get the product from the distributor.

Air shipment of wine can be made to all the above states, plus: AK, HI.

ABSOLUTELY NO SHIPMENTS OF ALCOHOL are made to: KY, MA, ME, MT, NH, TX or Puerto Rico. All transactions are void where prohibited by law.

Due to restrictions you may not have your delivery made to a P.O. Box or a Military Address. Shipments containing exclusively non-alcoholic products can be shipped to all 50 states and can be delivered without adult signature, provided the appropriate waiver is given by recipient.

France 44 shall accept NO RESPONSIBILITY for packages lost or damaged due to errors committed by any common carrier.
