All shipments, whether by common carrier or by France 44 personnel, are subject to age verification when alcohol is contained within. An adult, aged 21 years or older, MUST produce a valid, government-issued photo ID and must sign for acceptance of the shipment. Under no other circumstances can or will a shipment containing alcohol be delivered. A good-faith attempt will be made to arrange a convenient delivery time. However, any items deemed undeliverable shall be returned to France 44 and charged a restocking fee, with the proceeds credited back to the client's account. Alcohol shipments are limited by state and Federal Law.

Ground shipment of wine and beer can be made to the following states: AZ, AL, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, IA, ID, IL, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MN, MO, MS, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV & WY

Air shipment of wine can be made to all the above states, plus: AK, HI.

ABSOLUTELY NO SHIPMENTS OF ALCOHOL are made to: GA, KY, IN, MI, MT, NC, NH, TN, TX or Puerto Rico.

Shipments containing exclusively non-alcoholic products can be shipped to all 50 states and can be delivered without adult signature, provided the appropriate waiver is given by recipient.

France 44 shall accept NO RESPONSIBILITY for packages lost or damaged due to errors committed by any common carrier.
