This truffle seasoning is made using extra virgin olive oil and a slice of white truffle. It is a spectacular, earthy enhancement for steaks, pastas, fried eggs, mushroom dishes and cheese.
Use this condiment sparingly. A few drops go a long way! It is an excellent ingredient of the first course, especially with risotto, pasta and fish dishes or or even a few drops on a fresh salad. Truffle oil is often poured at the table, so that aromas can fill the dining room.
