ROI olive oil is made by a small estate in Badalucco, Liguria by the Boeri family. The 'Carte Noir' (or 'Black Label') is one of their limited edition olive oils. It is pressed and produced by Franco Boeri himself and comes entirely from a mountain grove along the seaside Ligurian Riviera. The small production of 4000 bottles per year yields a delicate but rich, sweet, and flowery olive oil. It is a DOP product of the Ligurian Riviera.
