After hand picking, the organically grown grapes are crushed, vinified and aged. Nearly half of the wine receives oak barrel aging which refines the tannins, deepens the color and provides rich, layered aromas and flavors.

The wine is an intense red with aromas of chocolate, black fruits, toffee and spices. It is firm and well balanced between fruit and oak with a long, sweet finish.
