Created in Modena, in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, Elsa is produced on the 'Fondo Carrate' farm, one of the five farms on the Elsa estate, without pesticides or herbicides of any kind. Organically grown and produced exclusively from ancient D.O.C. Lambrusco varieties of the Mastri, Salamino and Sorbara grapes. The 12 year old balsamic vinegar is balanced and full-bodied, showing notes of cherries, oak and chestnut. This is an ideal match for salads, grilled vegetables, fish, meat, or even fruits and desserts.
